Even the salad bar is starting to look unappetizing, and that's really saying something. I never thought of myself as a picky eater, but that was when I had a say in what my parents bought from Loblaws. ("Don't forget to buy oranges and avocado!!") It's not that I avoid certain foods because I'm scared of getting fat - I would love to gain a few pounds of muscle right now - it's just that eating crap makes me feel like crap, you know?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sometimes I feel isolated from even my closest friends and my parents, because of the way I choose to live my life. Yes, I eat salad for lunch and dinner, and yes, I sleep at 10pm so that I can get up at 6 to run or do yoga. No, I will not touch that beer nor will I have a sip of your Coke, much less your Diet Coke.
